We rejoice with our whole heart and congratulate you on your election and your enthronement as Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church Abroad.
May the Lord help us to continue the example of Metropolitan Hilarion, of blessed memory, to preserve and strengthen the links between our two historical communities of the diaspora that resulted from the Bolshevik revolution. In this spirit, I would be delighted to concelebrate the Divine
Liturgy with Your Eminence in our cathedral of Saint Alexandre Nevsky, in Paris, at your earliest convenience.
