Governing Body
In accordance with the statutes of the Archdiocese (art. 67), the council of the Archdiocese is made up of the archbishop and auxiliary bishops ex officio, six cleric members (elected) and six lay members (elected). It is chaired by the Archbishop.
The Archbishop’s Council elects amongst its members, on the proposal of the Archbishop: a Vice-President who chairs council meetings in the absence of the Archbishop, a secretary and a treasurer. The archbishop, secretary and treasurer constitute the diocesan administration.
