Fundraising for work and restoration of the cathedral crypt – Parish of the Holy Trinity (Paris)
Our parish of the Holy Trinity (La Crypte) is undertaking major renovation, development, and restoration work and is appealing to your generosity.
a. Planned work and improvements.
– The two sacristies: renovation of the walls and floor to combat damp (in progress), installation of a water point, and replacement of the cabinets.
– The two rooms behind the choir: creation of an office for the clergy and archives, and a beautiful catechism room for the children.
– The library: renovation of the walls and floor to combat damp, replacement of the cabinets and furniture.
Estimated budget: 15,000 euros
b. Planned restorations:
– Initial estimate: grille to be repaired, central pillar to be reinforced, white stains on the pews to be removed.
– Second estimate: restoration of the iconostasis and two icons.
Estimated budget: 15,000 euros
Total: 30,000 euros
